When a person under 60 years old who had joined in Employee or Mutual Pension Insurance retired, notice of entering National Pension should be done at the window of Health Insurance & Pension Plan Section, Fukuoka General Administration Center, Fushiki, Toide and Nakada Branch, Takaoka Pension Office. And same notice is needed for the dependent spouse.
