○Withholding exemption certificate of salary and pension, Payment certificate by business owner, Income and expenditure account statement, book, etc. of business income or property income (Please make the income and expenditure account statement in advance.)

○Payment certificate (deduction Certificate) of National Health Insurance Tax, Nursing-Care Insurance Premium, National Pension Premium, Earthquake Insurance Premium, etc.

○For Person who receives allowance for disability persons, Handbook which can recognize the grade of disability, Certificate of allowance for disability persons (issued at Senior Citizens' Care Section in the city), etc.

○For Person who receives deduction of medical care cost (including user fee of nursing care services), casualty loss and donation, Receipt or Certificate (if there is coverage by insurance and so on, hand in the specification)

◆Consultation about Filing an Income Tax Return, Reception of Return Form

◇Person who needs to file an income tax return

• Person who has income of businesee(sales, etc. /agriculture), property, transfer, etc. and whose total amount of income during 2009 exceeds the one of income deduction.
  ※Besides land and buildings, profits by sales of golf course membership need to be made a return as transfer income.

• Person whose salary income corresponds to any of the following

○Person whose salary income amount exceeds 20,000,000 yen

○Person whose total amount of income except by salary and retirement exceeds 200,000 yen

○Person who didn't receive a year-end adjustment

• Person whose lump-sum payment of life insurance contract or maturity repayment of nonlife insurance contract is imposed income tax as lump-sum income. (to Tax Office for details)

We support you who work at small enterprises, stores hospitals, etc. in the city. We offer welfare almost same as that of large enterprises, which cannot be sufficiently put into practice in each workplace. As of January 1, 2010, 1004 workplaces, 5676 people make use of it.

◇Fire

The total number of fire is 46 and this is the same number as that of 2008. Seeing on a cause-based, there are arsons, cookers, and next, electric wirings and so on.

◇Emergency and Rescue
The number of calling out of emergency vehicles and rescues on an accident category basis is as the following.

There are some malignant door-to-door sales that pretend the staff of the Waterworks Bureau and use a water survey and a questionnaire as a pretext. The Waterworks Bureau never does the following.

• Suggestion about a water pipe cleaning indoors
• Water survey that is not requested
• Suggestion and Sale about a water-purifying or other relating devices
• Questionnaire survey by telephone or door-to-door

・Characteristic of traffic accidents happened in the prefecture

○The number of accidents and the injured decreased but the number of fatalities increased. (The number of fatalities is 59, increasing of 1)

○The proportion of senior citizens' deaths is about 60 % and still high, and more than 90 % of persons who were killed during walking at night didn't make use of reflective materials.

○About 50 % of persons who were killed in a four-wheeled vehicle didn't wear a sheet belt.

○The proportion of senior citizens' deaths is about 80 % and still high, and many accidents happened on the way of crossing a road.

○About 80 % of accidents to death happened at night and about 90 % of routes where accidents happened are national highways and main local roads.

・In order not to cause accidents and not to get involved in accidents

○For both drivers and pedestrians, relax and keep traffic manners.

○Make it a rule to wear a sheet belt and be moderate in speed.

○Stop crossing a road recklessly.

○Wear blight colored cloths when going out at night and make use of reflective materials.

This is a local exchange space where from children to senior citizens can use, and everyone can make use of it. And various classes are held there such as Harie (collage), Chigirie (picture with torn papers), Origami (art of folding paper), English conversation and Dancing with songs.
