Entry of National Health Insurance is from the day when a transfer has happened such as the day when your health insurance in the workplace has expired, you've moved, a baby was born. Report it within 14 days from the day of transfer.
If you are late to report, you are imposed National Health Insurance Tax dating back to the day of transfer.
You need something to certify that your health insurance in the workplace has expired and Maternal and Child Health Handbook.
