The stuff and the promotion member holding their ID card, guide and receive the payment of the National Pension premium.

• The medical expense increases because aging advances, NHI subscribers' age distribution has risen and advanced medical treatments in medical institutions are spread.

• Condition:
  When all the subscribers of Long-Term Care Insurance system (The Latter Period Senior Citizen Medical Care System) in a household paid Medical Insurance and Nursing Insurance during a year (every year August ~ July of the next year; however, the year 2008 contains April, 2008 ~ July, 2009)and the total amount is beyond the standard, the excess is provided by application.
• Application Period:
  The targeted people will receive "Notice" for application by mail from Toyama Wide Area Union of the Latter Period Senior Citizen Medical Care System in December, however, "Notice" might not be mailed to the person corresponding to the following. Please contact in this case.

◇From April,2008 to the end of July,2009,
1.changed the address from other area.
2.moved to the Long-Term Care Insurance from the other medical insurance system.

The recipients of Child Rearing Allowance must report their current situation, and the recipients of Special Child Rearing Allowance must report their income situation. The recipients of Medical Expense Support for Single Parent Household must apply for the renewal. "Notice about the current situation report" will be mailed to the current recipients, and follow the procedure with the Notice during August.
