    ●National treasure, Zuiryuji Temple lightened up in the summer and Monzen Ichi （→Monzen is a name, Ichi means markets）

    • Date: Saturday, August 8 to Monday, August 10.
      From 6:30 to 9:30 PM（Monzen Ichi from 5:00 PM）
    • Location: National treasure Zuiryuji Temple and the outskirts
    • Contents: lightened Zuiryuji Temple, Hatcho way decorated with Andon(lamps with paper shade)and lanterns, "Daimonzen markets / Markets of Ecchu taste" which sell the goods for 400 years since town open and the speciality, etc.

    ●Yakamochi Otomono downward (coming to Ecchu) trip


    It is a trip to reproduce the way which Yakamochi Otomono traced from Nara to Takaoka by a relay method.

    • Date: from Saturday, September 19 to Friday, October 2
    • Capacity: 90 people (lottery)

    ●Bus Tour to the places of Manyo connection


    It is the bus tour which aims at promoting interchange at Nara and Otsu (noted in connection with Manyo).

    • Dates: Saturday, September 19 to Sunday, September 20 / from Saturday, September 19 to Monday, September 21 (There are 2 courses.)
    • Capacity: 40 people for each（in the order of arrival）

    ●Jazz concert TOYAMA JAZZ MAX

    Musicians related to Toyama prefecture gather in Takaoka. Please enjoy fully the charm of jazz.

      Part 1…Field Harrer jazz orchestra,
      Part2…Super session by Tetsuro Kawashima, Daiki Yasukagawa, Sachiko Yasui, Shunsuke Umino. MIWAKO from Takaoka appears as a guest, too.

    Why don't you experience everyday work of curator together? You can enjoy and learn the history / culture of Takaoka through the experiences such as park walk, the workshop, etc.

    ●The ghost story of Takaoka in the dusk


    In the darkness, we enjoy the talk mainly on Grotesque Story handed down to Takaoka, the local history and others.

    • Date: Saturday, August 8 from 6:30 PM to 7:45 PM
    • Capacity: 50 people(First-come-first-served basis on that day. Children under elementary school need to be accompanied by their parents.)
    • Gathering place: The first floor entrance

    We exhibit and introduce the history for 400 years of Kojo Park mainly by a map (an illustrated map) with photograph documents.
